This policy explains what information InstantLife collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to phone calls you place to us using the number shown on this site.
The short version
There is no account to create. The information we receive is what you choose to share with us, on a call or through a form this site offers, plus the basic technical records that any website and phone system creates. We use that information to help you compare life insurance and to place the coverage you choose. We do not sell your personal information.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you call the number on this site, or fill out a form this site offers, you may share your name, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, general health information, coverage goals, and beneficiary details. You choose what to share; you can decline any question and end the call at any time.
- Call records. Our telephone provider records the calling number, the time and length of the call, and which agent handled it. Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality and training purposes; when a call is recorded, we tell you at the start of the call.
- Basic website logs. Our hosting provider records standard server information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and the time of the request. We use it to keep the site running and secure.
This site does not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If a form on this site asks for consent to be contacted, that consent is described next to the form itself and is never a condition of buying anything.
Health information
Insurance shopping involves health questions. Any health information you share with us is used only to identify which carriers and plans you may qualify for, to prepare quotes, and to submit an application you ask us to submit. We share it with an insurance carrier only in connection with an application or quote you have asked for.
How we use information
- To answer your questions and compare coverage options across insurance carriers.
- To prepare quotes and, if you ask us to, to submit an application to a carrier on your behalf.
- To follow up with you about the specific inquiry you made.
- To keep records required by insurance law and regulators, and to operate and secure our systems.
How we share information
We share personal information only in these situations:
- Insurance carriers and licensed agents. With the insurance companies and the licensed agents involved in quoting or placing the coverage you asked about.
- Service providers. With vendors who operate our phone system, hosting, and business records, under agreements that limit them to working on our behalf.
- Legal and safety reasons. When required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of people or of our business.
- Business transfer. If our business is merged with or acquired by another company, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing.
Calls and text messages
When you call us, you are contacting us; that call itself is not consent to be contacted by automated means later. We will call you back about your inquiry using a person dialing a phone. We do not send automated marketing text messages unless you have separately given written consent for them, and any such consent is never a condition of buying anything. You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time, by any reasonable means: tell the agent on the call, or write to us at privacy@instantlife.ai. We will honor it.
Advertising
You may have reached this site after seeing an advertisement. When you visit from an ad (for example, by scanning a QR code shown on TV), we may record that visit and share basic measurement information with the advertising platform that showed you the ad, such as the time of the visit, your device’s IP address, and whether you tapped the call button. We use this only to understand whether our advertising works. It does not include anything you discuss with an agent, and we do not sell it or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Cookies
This site works without asking you to accept anything. We may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies for basic site operation and to measure advertising, as described above, and we may add standard analytics or advertising tools over time. We do not use these technologies to sell your personal information. When our practices change materially, we will update this policy and its effective date.
How long we keep information
We keep call records and application information for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected and for the period required by applicable insurance and record-keeping laws, then dispose of it securely. If you asked for a quote and did not buy coverage, you may ask us to delete your information.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you may ask us to stop contacting you. Other websites
If we link to a carrier’s site or another third-party site, that site’s own privacy policy governs what it does with your information. We are not responsible for the practices of sites we do not operate.

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described on this page.
